ΙΤΩΝΟΣ

1. A son of Amphictyon, and husband of the nymph Melanippe, by whom he became the father of Boeotus and Chromia. (Paus. ix. 1. § 1, 34. § 1, v. 1. § 2.)

2. A son of Boeotus, and father of Hippalcimus, Electryon, Archilochus, and Alegenor. (Diod. iv. 67.)
