ΥΡΤΑΚΟΣ

1. A Trojan, the husband of Arisbe, and father of Asius and Nisus, who are hence called Hyrtacides. (Hom. Il. ii. 837, &c.; Apollod. iii. 12, § 5; Virg. Aen. ix. 177, 406.)

2. A second personage of this name occurs in Virgil. (Aen. v. 492.)
